Welcome to Lovesbody

Where people discover they are more than they ever imagined.

Lovesbody's sessions and workshops offer a loving and non-judgemental space, in which you can get to know yourself at a more fundamental level. This awareness is just the beginning of creating a new life experience and remaining vital, healthy and young. With a more fluid and flexible body and mind, you can discover just how beautiful and fulfilling life can be. Lovesbody offers the following:

Continuum Movement

A participant of a Lovesbody workshop series shares,

"I had felt betrayed by my body - I was ill, getting worse with no treatment available. I thought Lovesbody sounded like the perfect way to reconnect with my body. The reconnection was above and beyond my expectations. Now I love my body, I love how it speaks - so different from my mind and I love the powerful healing I experience every time I practise this work. I highly recommend this as a way to really hear your body speak and show you exactly what needs to be done! Whether it is something for your body or something for your mind activating your body's own messenger service, the fluid, is the most awesome way to go about it!"
