A practice so simple that everyone can do it and so profound that it will change your life forever. When you free your breath through conscious connected breathing you will impact all aspects of your life.
Our breath is a reflection of what is happening within us, both physically and emotionally. We all have a different relationship to our breathing. Some of us are very technical in our understanding of our breath, thinking it is something we should learn to do better. Others of us have a minimal relationship to our breath, or think we need more of it, or have a vague concern about it.

"From a personal perspective, the effect of working on the Breath with you is hard to quantify (of course!) but, I feel like a kettle that is being de-scaled. It can't be any coincidence ( can it ) that I am challenging long-held patterns in my personal life, and that I feel glimpses of a freedom that I truly haven't felt since I was small ( 5 or 6 ).
The most exciting thing about all of this for me , is that it is a kind of 'unlearning', a return to something that I knew already."
