Relaxation, Healing and Consciousness

A Fortnightly Breathwork Group in
North London

Breathwork is a path to relaxation, healing and awakening, and can support you if you are on a path of growth and development, experiencing stress, dealing with emotional issues, stuck in destructive patterns and unable to change, or feeling physical tensions.

This group will provide you the space to nurture your inner Self. It begins with a meditation and sharing circle, followed by a supported conscious connected breathing session. In surrendering to conscious breath, you will free yourself from the demands that your everyday functioning places on you.

The benefits of this healing practice are many, including stress release, dissolving or unconcealing patterns so that they can be processed and integrated, and experiencing deep levels of peace and stillness. Breathing with others is deeply connecting and healing of separation.

Come and experience how this beautiful practice can shift unconscious reactions and balance all levels of your being.

Your own healing process will be supported and magnified by integrating conscious connected breathing into your life. Groups run fortnightly on a Tuesday. Each evening costs £30. If you book a series of 5 evenings the cost is £125, a £25 saving. We work with a maximum of 6 people to ensure you receive personal attention. Please call to book your place. Bookings are on a first-come basis.

Jane Okondo is a breathwork and cranio-sacral therapist and founded and teaches on an integrative breath therapy training course in the UK.

Angelika Wienrich is a Gestalt psychotherapist and trainer with a wide experience of body and energy work. She is involved in the healing arts and believes in the power of creativity.

Italy Retreats
