A week with Jane at The Hill That Breathes

The Hill that Breathes is one of the best places on the planet to rediscover pleasure and wellness: 100 acres of natural forest, pure air, silence (well actually the sound of a soft breeze, crickets and laughter), and super delicious vegetarian food that will truly awaken your senses.

The Hills 

During this week Jane will share with you her life time skills of fluidity, movement, conscious breath and internal energy to create an awakening experience for your body and the whole of you. The techniques they will be using are simple to learn and yet deeply effective within the first couple of sessions.

RoomThe pace of the week is deliciously spacious. There are two 2hour sessions a day that will include the most beautiful aspects of spontaneous chi kung, breathwork, authentic movement, sounding and chanting.

This will open you to pleasure, bliss and wellbeing, but will also take care of issues like: low energy levels, body aches and pains, stress, anxiety, panic attacks, being stuck in your life, feeling miserable, and a lot more.

FoodThe rest of the time is filled with enjoying the land, the swimming pool, the food, the fire, the people, the space... whatever you need to drop into your place of wellness.



Jane has a deep and unique knowledge of this process and is a trainer and researcher in the field of wellbeing, health, and life energy. Jane co-founded the biggest school of breathwork in the UK and has a private practice in London treating clients with breath, craniosacral therapy, resource coaching and fluid movement.
